Product Summary

The LF11331D is a monolithic combination of bipolar and JFET technology producing the industry’s first one chip quad JFET switch. A unique circuit technique is employed to maintain a constant resistance over the analog voltage range of g10V. The input is designed to operate from minimum TTL levels, and switch operation also ensures a breakbefore-make action.

Parametrics

Absolute maximum ratings: (1)Supply Voltage: 36V; (2)Reference Voltage: VEE≤VR≤VCC; (3)Logic Input Voltage: VR-4.0V≤VIN≤VR+6.0V; (4)Analog Voltage: VEE≤VA≤VCC+6V, VA≤VEE+36V; (5)Analog Current: lIAl<20 mA; (6)Power Dissipation: Molded DIP (N Suffix): 500 mW, Cavity DIP (D Suffix): 900 mW; (7)Operating Temperature Range: -55℃ to +125℃; (8)Storage Temperature: -65℃ to +150℃.

Features
